The Platinum Fundamentals program is designed to relieve pain and build your confidence back in your body. 


If you are carrying an injury, recovering from an injury or have not exercised for a while, this is the class for you. 


Designed and taught by exercise scientists and physiotherapists, this class will teach you the fundamentals that are extremely important for a long term solution to health and fitness.

Our Small Group Training Program is a structured group fitness program designed to improve you both physically and mentally. 

Small participant numbers allows us to prioritise movement mechanics ensuring you learn how to move your body correctly - reducing the chance of injury and setting you up for long term health improvements.
